My lots are always offered at a fraction of catalogue value.  All lots won within 7 days can be combined and shipped for the cost of one (provided they are all paid for in one transaction).  Bid on what you need -- you can pick up an extra lot for as little as 1 cent.

Insurance/Certified Mailing/Registered Mailing are available.  While it is a very rare occurrence (about 1 per 1,000), buyers must request and pay for one of these more secure services or take responsibility for lost/stolen shipments.

I usually send invoices a few days after the auction to allow time for related purchases.  You can always check out before this by following the ebay payment procedures.  If you receive an invoice and still see other lots to bid within 7 days from the earliest lot, please do not pay the invoice.  After the other lots have been won, ask for a combined invoice.  If you pay for them separately, you do not qualify for the single shipping cost.
