General description key :
NHM = Unmounted full original gum
MH = Some gum but hinge mark/s
MNG = No gum at all
Used/fu/vfu = Various quality of used stamps
Unchecked = Genuinely unchecked for perf or watermark varieties, and catalogue values not totalled
Cat. = Recent Stanley Gibbons catalogue values and numbers (note SG only give a single value for "mint")
We try to check and disclose any faults which are not clear in the scans, particularly for small lots and single stamps. Larger lots will have been "weeded" for obvious faulty copies but stamps in such lots will only have been examined superficially so there may sometimes be a small number of stamps with overlooked faults - equally there may be more valuable perforation, watermark or postmark copies
Payment in GB£ cheque please or , for non-uk buyers, paypal is recommended - it is quicker , saves outwards postage and saves us changing US$ at the bank. Small amounts are OK in mint GB decimal stamps. We are not allowed to advertise acceptance of payment in paper currency under ebays rules - if you would like to pay by any means OTHER than those listed above please email before bidding
Postage is charged roughly at cost, and we will try to use GB commems for outgoing mail if possible. Postage for small lots (up to about 30 stamps) will be 55p in the UK, 70p Europe, 85p worldwide.We will bear the cost of postage for multiple purchases of four lots or more ending on the same day. We try to process all orders immediately on receipt, but remember that it will normally take a week for airmail to the US
Registration is available at cost and in all cases is ADDITIONAL to the normal postage charge. For cover up to £30 registration is 65p in the UK or £3.30 international. Cover up to £250 is £3.85 in the UK, £4.30 International. Unregistered shipments are sent at the buyers risk
In order to keep our records straight, we would appreciate it if buyers could deal with orders quickly after the auction has ended, or at least let us know if there is going to be a delay.
