Shipping and Handling: $1.50 within Canada, $2.00US to the United States, and $3.00US to international.  Shipping will be by normal letter mail and damage caused by Post Office will not be absorbed by the seller.  If requested, Postal insurance can be arranged by seller at additional cost to buyer.  Shipping will not occur until payment has been received and cleared (eg. personal checks).
