The 4 FDCs are: Scott number 2404 Washington Statehood, 25 cents, postmarked February 22, 1989; Scott number 2421 Bill of Rights, 25 cents, postmarked September 25, 1989; District of Columbia Bicentennial (don't know Scott number), 29 cents, postmarked September 7, 1991; and North Carolina Statehood (don't know Scott number), 25 cents, postmarked August 22, 1989.
