I am a collector of Australian pre-decimal and colonial/state stamps. I am selling the surplus stamps as I have overbought and some of these are from my collection of about 50 years. This means they are all unchecked for watermarks, perforations etc as I don't have the equipment, knowledge or interest to check these.
This is the Victoria 2/6 Yellow "Half-A-Crown" ACSC 62a VFU. It is ACSC 5a with a CV of $18 in Fine Used condition.
The stamps I am listing are listed by their Australian Colonies Stamp Catalogue numbers. Please note that the ACSC catalogue was published by Seven Seas Stamps in July 2000 and, as prices have risen noticably in the past 7 years, it will usually underestimate the stamps' current value.
Please note that I accept payment by Direct Deposit, PayPal and almost any other method of your choice. I also combine postage and I will send any number of stamps for the one price even if it involves using a larger and more expensive envelope. I am willing to wait for payment until you are ready (within reason) as I want to encourage you to keep looking and keep bidding! If your payment is going to be delayed please send me a message as silence is frustrating!
The "Other International Postage" option is international registered postage which includes AUD$100 insurance. Extra insurance is also available at cost for both domestic and international buyers.
