Small lot of 12 perfins. George V, George Vi and I think the second from left, bottom row is an Edward VIIbut it's hard to tell because of the heavy cancellation. The 3rd and 4 th stamps from left in top row do have perfins. but they failed to go all the way through. The 1/2d. congress reads "FRY" the 1d. red may be WS on the top line and an L below. A couple of the stamps have faults, mainly creases, including the 2 1/2d. George VI, which says "GWR" - Great Western Railway?
