This item was in a box of philatelic supplies. I purchased the box for the loose stamps but have no use for this item.

I am not an expert on stamps just an amateur collector. I have attempted to show the condition of the item on the scan.

I travel out of town on a regular basis but will attempt to answer any questions on a timely basis.

I live out of town and can only ship once a week. The average time for shipping varies according to distance but on average is 5 - 7 business days.

Items paid for by PayPal will be shipped on next available date. Items paid by money order must wait for payment to clear.

I cannot guarantee how packages will be handled in the mail but I ensure that all items are well packaged to protect against damage in transit.

I cannot be responsible for items lost in transit but insurance or registered shipping is available for extra cost.

I prefer payment by PayPal but will accept international money orders.
